The Planning Commission completed its Master Plan update in 2023 and the Parks and Recreation Master Plan in 2024, with input collected from the public and the Land Information Access Association (LIAA).

The purpose of the Master Plan is to:
- Identify attributes to be maintained
- List potential improvements
- Suggest processes to achieve these goals
